Front Porch Restoration

Removal of the previous porch enclosure, restoration of the exterior columns including patching of cut and deteriorated wood, resurfacing, priming, and painting of the columns and house siding, and masonry repair, restoration, and repointing — including color-matched mortar. Excavating and Backfill As part of the project, we also handled site work along the building — excavating and backfilling with a skid-steer to regrade the area.
