Services

TYGHE | TWA provides project consultation, renovation, repair, and finishing services. A $125 PreVisit Call or Project Rescue Visit fee may apply and is applied toward approved work over $1,000. All work is subject to a separate written agreement.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

If you opt in to SMS/MMS messaging by checking the consent box on our forms or by texting us, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from TYGHE | TWA Pro regarding your inquiry, appointments, project/service updates, and occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Reply STOP to opt out of future messages at any time.
• Reply HELP for help or support.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Consultation and service call fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Approved work is billed per the terms of your written agreement.

Use of Content

Photos and project details you submit are used only to understand the requested work unless separate permission is given for public use, marketing, case studies, or before-and-after examples.

Limitation of Liability

TYGHE | TWA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its services. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
